Treatment Plan
- Immediate initiation of IV Remodulin (no maximum dose)
- Remodulin was initiated at 1.25 ng/kg/min6
- Titration plan was to increase her Remodulin dose per label, based on
symptom improvement and tolerability, to tentative target dose of 30 ng/kg/min
- Home RN visits/specialty pharmacy support
- Monitor for/manage prostacyclin side effects
- Plan to transition to SC Remunity Pump upon discharge
