Impression

Emily’s PAH has improved and is now on 30ng/kg/min of SC Remodulin.

Her NT-proBNP has decreased but is still concerning. Her heart rate is 98. Her symptoms have improved along with exercise capacity. Her echo is showing favorable improvements.

She has experienced site pain/reaction that was manageable with gabapentin and by keeping the same infusion site. She had some diarrhea that was manageable with loperamide.
