Impression

Emily’s PAH has improved significantly on SC Remodulin. Her NT-proBNP has decreased, as has her HR to 93. Her symptoms have improved along with exercise capacity. Her echo is showing favorable improvements. She continues on the Remunity pump with manageable site pain and reaction.
