3 Month Follow-up Visit
Emily’s PAH has improved on Remodulin-based therapy, and she reports less breathlessness with normal activities. Her NT-proBNP has decreased, but is still of some concern. Her echo is showing favorable improvements. She has experienced some nausea and diarrhea that was manageable with medications.
Plan
Continue to uptitrate the Remodulin dose according to tolerability and order a RHC for the 6-month visit.
