Eleanor has successfully transitioned from Remodulin to Orenitram over the course of 5 days.
- Transition was completed in line with recommendations from the prescribing information2
- Vitals and other clinical parameters were closely monitored for changes
- Patient experienced moderate nausea on days 4 and 5
- Nausea manageable with medications; no interruptions to transition dosing
