Treatment Plan
After reviewing her test results and discussing risk assessment in the context of disease progression, the patient is receptive to starting an oral prostacyclin. Plan to initiate patient on Orenitram via the Titration Kit to provide patient simplified dosing for start on therapy.
- Begin Orenitram (0.125 mg TID, ~8 hours apart)4
- Titrate by 0.125 mg TID once weekly as tolerated4
