Eleanor has responded well to Remodulin. She has stable, near normal echo parameters and low risk status. Her main complaint is injection site pain. Her HCP believes Eleanor is a good candidate for a transition to Orenitram.

- Strict adherence to the transition protocol
- Frequent monitoring after the transition
- Schedule inpatient transition from Remodulin to Orenitram
- Treatment goal: Maintain clinical and hemodynamic improvements seen with Remodulin
